sometimes
There is such a saying,
"sometimes, it would be better if you do not know a person in too much depth."
Well I guess its true, with emphasis on sometimes.
After all, each man is but a wretched sinner and a christian is one saved by grace.
The heart is indeed deceitful above all things.
The blinding effect of sin is immense...and it cannot be broken through except by the illumination of the Holy Spirit. Conversely, if the problem of sin cannot be solved, it creates a maelstrom which shipwrecks the soul landing it in an eternal abyss of darkness.
